Bold Rays is a modern web development agency based in Pakistan, founded by Muhammad Yaqoob. We specialize in WordPress website development — building clean, fast, high-converting websites that help businesses grow online.
As a professional WordPress developer, Muhammad brings together an unusual combination of skills: years of experience in graphic design and 2D animation, deep hands-on work in WordPress website development, and an academic background in Mass Communication and Media Studies. That combination shapes everything we do — from how a page looks, to how it loads, to how it persuades a visitor to take action.
We serve small and medium businesses in Pakistan and around the world, giving them the kind of website normally expected from a much larger — and more expensive — agency.
From Pixels to Performance: The Story Behind Bold Rays
Starting in Design and Animation
Muhammad Yaqoob’s career began in the creative world. He worked as a graphic designer and a 2D animator, taking on projects through Upwork for clients across the globe. In those early years, he learned the fundamentals that still define our work today: how to build a visual identity, how to guide a viewer’s eye, and how to make every design choice serve a purpose.
The Move into WordPress Website Development
Over time, Muhammad found himself drawn to the web. He moved into WordPress website development, working with clients on Fiverr to build custom WordPress websites that were not only beautiful but functional, fast, and easy to manage.
This was the turning point. Design and animation had taught him how to make things look great; WordPress taught him how to make them perform. He became a professional WordPress developer with a clear philosophy: a great website must be beautiful and fast, creative and practical, impressive and easy for the client to run.
Founding Bold Rays
Bold Rays was founded to bring that philosophy to more businesses. The idea was simple: create a website design agency in Pakistan that delivers world-class WordPress websites — high performance WordPress websites that load fast, rank well, and convert visitors into customers — at a price small and medium businesses can actually afford.
Today, Bold Rays builds websites for clients in Pakistan and internationally, with the same standard of quality on every project.
How Design and Communication Shape Our Work
Most developers start with code. Muhammad started with design and storytelling — and that changes everything about how Bold Rays builds websites.
His background in graphic design means our sites are clean, balanced, and genuinely attractive. Nothing is cluttered; nothing is there by accident. His experience in 2D animation means we understand motion, timing, and interaction — the small details that make a website feel alive without slowing it down.
And his education — an MPhil and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies from the University of Okara, Pakistan — gives him a deeper understanding of how businesses actually communicate online. A website is a communication tool first: it has to speak clearly, build trust quickly, and guide visitors toward a decision. That academic grounding in how audiences receive and respond to messages is baked into every site we build, from the headline on the homepage to the wording of the final call to action.
The result is SEO friendly website development that looks sharp, loads fast, and talks to your customers in a language they understand.
Our Mission
Our mission is straightforward: help businesses grow online with fast, professional websites. Too many businesses settle for slow, outdated sites because they think a great website is out of reach. We exist to change that.
Our Core Values
Quality
We don’t cut corners. Every custom WordPress website we build is crafted carefully, tested thoroughly, and delivered to a standard we’d be proud to put our name on — because we do.
Speed
Speed shows up in two ways. First, fast loading WordPress websites: we optimize every site for performance because slow pages lose visitors. Second, speed of work: we communicate quickly, hit our deadlines, and keep projects moving.
Honesty
We tell you what you need, not what makes us the most money. If a simpler solution fits your business better, we’ll say so. No jargon, no upselling, no surprises.
Results
A beautiful website that doesn’t grow your business is a failure. We measure our work by outcomes — more inquiries, more sales, more credibility with your customers.
Client-First Communication
You will always know what’s happening with your project. We explain things in plain language, respond promptly, and treat your questions as a priority, not an interruption.
What Makes Bold Rays Different
There are many website design agencies in Pakistan. Here’s what sets Bold Rays apart:
- A designer who codes. Most agencies split design and development between people who barely speak. At Bold Rays, the founder is both — so the design you approve is the website you get, with nothing lost in translation.
- Performance built in, not bolted on. Fast loading WordPress websites aren’t an upgrade option; they’re the baseline. Speed optimization is part of every build.
- Communication-first approach. We build websites that communicate clearly and convert — informed by real study of how audiences engage with media, not guesswork.
- Global standards, honest pricing. We deliver agency-level quality for small and medium businesses, whether you’re in Lahore, London, or Los Angeles.
- SEO from day one. Our SEO friendly website development means your site launches with clean structure, fast load times, and on-page fundamentals in place.
Who We Serve
We work with small and medium businesses that take their online presence seriously: startups launching their first professional site, established companies rebuilding an outdated website, service providers who need more inquiries, and online stores that need to sell more.
Whether you’re in Pakistan or anywhere else in the world, if you need a high-performance WordPress website built by people who care about your results, you’re in the right place.
